House Rules

Dear Guests!

The hotel’s house rules are presented on these pages. In case you require any further information, contact reception where we will be happy to assist you.

Check-in

• • Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m.
  • We ask you to please notify us of late arrivals. Late check-in charge may be applicable.
  • Upon check-in, photo identification and credit card is required for the total amount of room charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. A guarantee of payment for your stay is made upon arrival.
  • Special requests can not be guaranteed and may come with additional charges. 

Check-out

• • Check-out must be done until noon.
  • Requests for late check-out can be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure or earlier and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation policy

• • If cancelled or modified up to 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, total of the reservation fee will be charged.

General

• • For any information you might wish to obtain, please contact our staff.
  • The Front Office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 23:00.
  • The hotel front door is open from 7:00 a.m. until midnight. After midnight, please use the key to unlock the front door. In case of any emergencies, please dial 00 386 31 216 884.
  • Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 10:00 a.m. during the week and from 7:30 until 11:00 a.m. during the weekend and holidays.
  • Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet in the period between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., i.e. they are not to disturb the guests accommodated in the hotel.

Use of hotel rooms

• • Smoking is not permitted in rooms, public areas and places of employment. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any public area, food and beverage area or designated non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted outside the building (hotel garden, in front of the hotel), on the street by the hotel.
  • Washing, ironing and cooking is not permitted in the hotel rooms. To arrange the ironing and washing of your laundry please contact the front office.
  • The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation.
  • Hotel is responsible only for valuables stored inside the hotel safebox or at the hotel reception.

Laundry / Dry Cleaning

Laundry and dry cleaning service is available for an additional fee (fulfill the list for laundry).

Internet access

High speed Wi-Fi or wired internet access is free of charge and is available from your own laptop. The password is: angel1234.

Pets

Pets are allowed at the hotel. Charges may be applicable.
